All orders received Monday through Friday by noon PST will ship out the same day and all others will ship the next business day. If you have a last minute rush order that needs to ship out the same business day before 2PM EST, just give us a call at (888) 788-0510 and we'll make it happen.
Within the lower 48 States will ship UPS Ground and usually arrive within 1-6 business days. Expedited shipping options are available when placing your order in our portal. The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout. The products with the price greater than $200.00 are qualified for free shipping.
Additional charges may apply under the following conditions. Outside the 48 States: PO Box, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico orders will ship USPS. Priority and Express options are available when placing your order in our portal.
If you are not pleased with your purchase, simply ship it back to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price. We must receive your returned purchase within 30 days of receipt in order to issue a refund. Item(s) must be in its original package. Item(s) must be shipped in a box. Please do not attach anything to the original manufactures packaging. Removing the linens from the package to inspect the color and feel the fabric is fine. If for some reason the color or feel are not right for you, simply slip them back into their packaging and contact us for return instructions.
We cannot accept returns of merchandise that are used, laundered, or soiled. Items that are marked "clearance" are not returnable. Health department regulations do not permit us to accept laundered or used bedding including: sheets, comforters, duvets, mattress pads, pillowcases, pillows, etc. If your order contains bed sheets or a duvet cover set, these are only returnable if they have not been unfolded. Orders with Bed Sheets or Duvet Cover Sets that have been unfolded, used, or washed are not returnable.
A full refund will be given after we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund. We will credit the approved refund amount to the credit card, Paypal, or Google Checkout account used to purchase the returned item(s).o complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Defects In the event of a manufacturer's defect, please call us at 888 788 -0510 or email us at with a description and images BeddingBoutiqueOnline@gmail.com with a description and images of the defect.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at BeddingBoutiqueOnline@gmail.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
